this ad/message popup which you show time to time with some information about some services etc. also when you say that there is little money left on the account.. I think it would be good idea (and also easy to implement) if you send message about new features you have added to SC. it would reinforce positive image of SC in general and would attract users to use new features asap. I doubt everyone is reading release notes or the forum often. I don't.
