Prediction point trading

In the Serra Chart Custom Studies and Examples, there is a study called prediction point trading. When added to a chart, nothing appears at any timeframe or any bar type. There are no inputs. Is this still a valid study? If so, can you please see if you can get it to function? Thank you.
