I've started to use keyboard shortcuts for trading but when I pressed key mapped to BUY and accidentally holded it a bit longer, it sent buy order first and then after very short time it started to send one order after another rapidly... which I think is wrong behaviour and I can't rely on keyboard for real trading.

Can you please add switch in "Customize keyboard shortcuts" window so holding key can or can't repeat sending command until released? Something like checkbox with text "Repeat command when key is pressed & hold". Or just disable repeating completely, allowing to only send command when:
1. the same key was pressed for the first time or another key was released
2. the same key was released (from previous press) and pressed again

Or the way you like, but please make it stop to repeat commands when holded.

You need to go into the Windows Control Panel and increase the Keyboard >> Speed >>Character Repeat >> Repeat Delay.

What you are requesting is something that we have no control over and we would also not ever filter trading keyboard commands that are entered over a short period of time because that may be intended.

And we would not even add an option to do that because it is not easy to implement and creates inconsistencies with functioning. Sierra Chart is not sensing keypresses. It is only receiving messages that a particular command was invoked by the user and the operating system will send those repeatedly if you are pressing and holding a key.

You should also enable order confirmations to prevent an issue like this.
