We have a problem user, Who has made numerous support requests putting a heavy load on Sierra Chart support and making numerous false claims.


This is one of their postings here:

It is loaded full of a bunch of misstatements and untruths.

We suspect they are from a competitor here for the purpose to make false claims and make us look bad for some unknown reason. And to create a heavy load on Sierra Chart Support by asking all kinds of advanced questions and making up all kinds of false problems, or deliberately creating problems for themselves to which they know the solution to. They know we are going to get impatient with this, and decline support and then maybe they will say that we are rude in some way.

When you go over there posts in the *numerous* threads you will see the complete lunacy of the things that they say. And making all kind of claims that Sierra Chart is doing all kinds of things wrong, and has all kinds of problems. All of this is complete nonsense and not true.

Now they are going to be a complete denial of all of this, and complain that somehow Sierra Chart support is not helpful or is unintelligent, or does not know what we are talking about. The problem is with them. Not us.

One of their persistent claims, is that when they use automatic looping in an advanced custom study, that there is some bug in Sierra Chart causing it to crash. No there is not and nobody else has such a problem because such a problem does not exist to begin with. There is a problem in their own custom study and we do not provide programming help.

And even if we did provide programming help to them which we considered, it is clear that they would probably give us source code that which show no bugs in it and we would test it and it would be fine. And then they would make a claim like "Well when I compile it on my system, there is a problem. So therefore there must still be some problem in Sierra Chart."

This is the kind of pattern that they follow, they will always try to prove us wrong in some way.
