Hi,

I have an issue with data in trial version. Basically after logging and using find a symbol this error is written down:

YMM17 1 Min #3 | Reloading chart. | 2017-06-27 10:20:48
YMM17 1 Min #3 | Currently no data in file to display. Will start historical data download and real-time updates. File: C:\SierraChart2\Data\YMM17.scid | 2017-06-27 10:20:48
Your current service package does not support this function. Select 'Help >> Account Control Panel' to change your package. | 2017-06-27 10:20:49 *
Historical data service client indicated that downloads are not enabled. Symbol: YMM17. Data Type: Intraday data | 2017-06-27 10:20:49

I had to reinstall my system thus I know it should have work properly with reloading historical and intraday data as well. But unfortunately after reinstalling nothing is loaded.

What should you do to get data in order to be able to work with graph and further work?
