TT FIX -> ICE R2000 Mini not working

chart would load up with error message smith. like "symbol unknown". data are there up to present, but no live data coming in. also the daily volume shown as 0. tried the actual sept. 13 symbol. datafeed connection is checked and ok. from reading the forum there seem to be multiple issues with TT FIX and SC, quite similar in nature. some posts i saw are more than 2 months old. are the issues not going to be resolved? |

There is no issue here other than your broker needs to enable the ICE market for your trading account. Please contact your broker about this. There are no outstanding issues with TT FIX.
