Trying to add gold to my setup. working fine for ES and CL, when adding GC, i get this error. I clear with IB. Since you have activated a futures exchange and a stock/equities exchange (BATS), the symbol limit is: In the case of the 10 symbol limit, when using both equities exchanges, and futures or indices exchanges, then the real-time symbol limit is as follows: equities will have a limit of 9 real-time symbols. And futures and indices will have a limit of 4 symbols.

Is there an increase in fees to move to 100? I do a limited number of each but would like to be able to watch 7 futures 3 stocks, if given the provisioning choice.

Yes it is USD10 a month more. A 10 symbol limit is just too tight because once Sierra Chart tracks a symbol, it continues to track that symbol until reconnecting to the data feed even if the chart is no longer open. would it be possible to just set it to 7:3. i watch the same things over and over. understood on tracking symbol till restart and will increase to the larger allocation if it causes me problems. i really need more futures than just 4, i hadnt noticed i lost so many when i activated BATS a couple weeks ago.
