Chart Values/Crosshair global cursor problem

I have 4 charts in a chartbook, all are "Number of Trades" charts showing the same market with different #s of trades per bar.

Chart 1, the fastest chart, has a non-standard setup - the base price graph is in Region 4, with various studies displayed above it in Regions 1, 2 and 3.
Charts 2, 3 and 4 are standard, with the base price graph in Region 1, and various studies below it in Region 2, 3, and 4.

When using the Chart Values/Crosshair Global Cursor:
If my cursor is on Chart 2, 3 or 4, the Global Cursor appears correctly on the other two of these "standard" charts.
But on Chart 1, with the Base Graph in Region 4, only the vertical (time) line of the global cursor appears - the horizontal price line is missing.
(And yes I've checked that Chart 1 does show that price level.)

If my cursor is on Chart 1, pointing at the price bars as displayed in Region 4, the results are inconsistent: the cursor appears normally on charts 3 and 4, but the price line is missing from the display on Chart 2 - on that chart, only the vertical time line is visible.

So it appears that some part of the logic for the Chart Values/Crosshair global cursor is failing to handle the situation when the base graph is not in Region 1

Let me know if you need more information to duplicate this problem.

Thanks,
Merlin

We will see about this, but for reasons which are involved to explain and we will not take that time, inherently what you are doing is difficult to support.

It can get very complicated, when you expect there to be a direct correlation to the vertical axis value among charts which have different Chart Region configurations and different studies.

the results are inconsistent:
So we can see about improving upon this, but with what you are doing you have to expect some inconsistencies.
