Hi , Previously my VIX.XO chart using IQ datafeed was loading data on a daily basis with no issue. Since April 19th 2017, this has now stopped. I have tried to resolve this issue using the data services in the software, but the issue still persists. Can you advise if the service has changed or if this is potentially a local issue. All other charts are ok. Thanks Craig |

You need to contact IQ Feed about this. This is the error we got when we tried opening an Intraday chart for that particular symbol : HD Request # 6 | IQ Feed historical Intraday data request error: E,Unauthorized user ID., | 2017-06-20 03:00:43 Maybe you are getting the same error.
