I am not able to connect to CQG with AMP futures

I just submitted logs to be reviewed I am not able to connect to AMP CQG due to the following error message. I contacted AMP and they were not familiar with this error message we have updated to most recent build. Any suggestions on the issue?

Disregard it is now working it was my anti virus.
