IB broker, SC data, new computer, no connection in Time and sales/Dom

Hi there,

I am using a new computer with SC charts, SC data, and IB as my broker. When I pull the charts up i says {cbv} {m}, however the time/sales, dom, and chart wont update in real time. the dom is empty. Every time I close and open my charts they update, but once open they are all frozen with no order going through. I did everything the website say to do. What do I do now?
