Hi, I am on a free trial. I have been a cqg subscriber for 15 years. I am trying to embrace this system but I'm finding it very clumsy. Can you help me get up to speed. I'm more interested in trading than fumbling around with a charting package. Help please! Thanks, John |

So did you want to connect Sierra Chart to your CQG account? Currently we see you are using IQ Feed. It would be easier to use the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed and that is what we strongly recommend. We can help you get set up with that but to get the better pricing for the exchange fees, you need to be able to connect Sierra Chart to your CQG account. That will require some enablement's on your CQG account by your broker. That would be the last data feed we would recommend using for a new user. It should only be used by those who really know that is what they want to use for a certain reason. You can also automatically list spread symbols and easily select them.
