i have a problem with data connection, support told me to resubmit the barchart agreement and i resubmited it 2 days ago. I sent to barchart an e-mail and they told me that i have to pay 10$ to resubmit the data, wath´s the problem? i payed it 2 weeks ago.

This is what they said just this morning: If he resubmits the agreements with his name and address as well as his employer name and address then we can activate the equities again. If he is self employed then he should note that in the occupation field (for example, self employed mechanic) but we will still need the name and address.
We are sending you a link to the agreement by email. Please complete it fully as they describe.
