I love the platform and after 6-7 months of use I have to say well done for an excellent job! It's such a pleasure to use after years of putting up with the inferior competition. I'm currently using Sierra through my account with AMP futures and I'd like to access Equities and Spot FX historical data. I understand this is included in your basic package, which I think I have via AMP, but I'm unable to access this data. 1) Is it just that I haven't configured the DTS correctly? Or is the licensing agreement with AMP specifically only for the futures exchanges to which I'm subscribed? 2) If I don't already have access to this data then I believe I need to purchase the basic package? I looked on my account page but under "Activate and Pay for Additional Sierra Chart Services", the only "Additional Services" available is to add additional systems (1 extra for $8 p/m for example). Do I need to create a new Sierra Account separate from my current one in order to resolve this? Many thanks. |
