I'm having some substantial slowdowns in my system performance. Do you guys offer a service to review my SC config to recommend changes/improvements?

It would be best and easiest that you first look at help topic 30:

Are you using the Spreadsheet study? Are you using any custom studies?

I'm using both. I have a spreadsheet study, although it's more hanging around than actually being used. It was designed for spreadsheet trading but I've not used the auto-trading feature but left the spreadsheet study in place.

I also have some custom studies. One is terrible and I'm looking to have it rewritten. It has a terrible time to load (which is visible with the new version). The other seems to work really well.

It looks like the link you provide will give some excellent ideas. I see a dozen topics right off the bat that apply to my SC environment.

Question: I notice the mention of the hardware configuration. I have a healthy i7 CPU with 16GB of memory. I've been wondering if increasing RAM will be beneficial. Can you give an opinion on that?

Other than that, I'll look at the link you provided and look at the topics and make adjustments where obvious. If I still have substantial issues I'll reach out to you again.

Thanks!

Increasing the memory generally is a good idea. It may or may not make much difference.
