I contacted pay pal and I also contacted Visa. Everything is good on there ends. They are saying it must be Sierra chart who isn't accepting my payment. What is going on ?

I just used "DAL PAY" rather "PAY PAL" and it worked. I am not sure whats going on with Pay pal , they said it wasn't on there end.
