Unavailable user file - Transact to Sierra Bridge

When I try to open Sierra Charts, I get the message:

User file in not available: Transact\Transact To Sierra Bridge.exe

No charts will load. I cannot get any data.

Any suggestions?

Update Sierra Chart by selecting Help >> Download Current Version.

After the update is downloaded and installed, then open a chart through File >> Find Symbol.

If you still do not get a chart , then post a copy of the Message Log, by following these steps:

I can't open Sierra Chart to down load current version, let alone open a chart. The entire program freezes within a few seconds. I can't copy the message log.
