I am having trouble setting up my DOM with attached orders...

I was able to set up 1 dom and it is working properly and then I loaded Sierra on my laptop and tried to open up a DOM the same exact way and it wouldn't work. So I tried to open up another DOM on the computer that it is already working properly on and I have them side by side exactly the same way and I am getting the error message on the new DOM: Qty: 3 targets.Stops NoMatch...

My set up is as folows:
Target1/5/Qty:1/Lmt
Target2/10/Qty:1/Lmt
Target3/15/Qty:1/Lmt
Stop All/10T/Stop
(use attached orders is checked)
It works on 1 Dom but I have tried to load it again on same computer and it doesn't work and it doesn't work on my other computer either.

It is set up the same way and it works perfectly on the other DOM and I am doing it exaclty like it states in the support menu so please don't just send me the link to the DOM thread because I have been over it a hundred times and I can't figure it out... Why does it work on one dom and not on another one when it's set up the same exact way?

Also, my trial is ending in 2 days and I would like to request an extension... I am trying really hard to learn your charting software, but I have had nothing but issues and have only been able to sim trade 1 day so far...

Thank you Gary

You just need to go to either the first or last tab of the Trade Window and set the order Quantity to 3 in order to get a match to the Attached Orders.

The rule is as follows:

This sum of the Quantity for each of the Target orders or the Stop orders, whichever is greater, must be equal to or less than the main order Quantity set on the Main/C tab.

We have given you a trial extension.
