Hello, Feature request 1: In the SC DOM, Would it be possible to have the volume bar for the bid and the ask of different colours for the recent volume and for the current volume please? To clarify, when I want to set up a colour for the volume bar in the Recent Bid Volume column, it has to be the same as the column for the volume bar in the Recent Ask Column. The same goes for the Current Traded Bid/Ask Volume (it can only be set up by picking a single colour in "Chart/Graphic Settings/Colours and Widths/Trade DOM Volume Bars). Could we have one colour for the volume bar for the Recent Bid Volume and a different colour for the Recent Ask Volume please? The same request applies to the Current Traded Bid Volume vs. Current Traded Ask Volume. Feature request 2: In the SC Dom, in the Price Column, would it be possible to have the prices that have been traded in a different colour to the prices that have not been traded; at present, it is the high and low bars in the DOM that enable to distinguish prices traded vs. prices that have not been traded. Hello, I'd like to request that you make a simple update to the Available Fields section of the QuoteBoard when you click Set Fields. Here are the fields to add: - Currency Value / Points to complement the existing Currency Value / Ticks field. - Daily Range / Ticks since the standard Daily Range field cannot be changed from Points. - Daily Range / Currency to show the Daily Range field in Currency Value, instead of Points or Ticks. Thanks again. P.S. It's long overdue, and worth paying for. :) |

A Point is the smallest price increment change that can occur on the left side of the decimal point. A Tick is the smallest price increment change that can occur on the right side of the decimal point. You can derive the Currency Value per Point from existing data as follows: Take the Currency Value per Tick and divide it by the Tick Size.

Thanks for this. Updated to v2231 64-bit (build 36182). Here's some feedback re Post #20: - Tick Size field now available in Quoteboard (no issues). - Daily Range in Ticks field is now correct as implemented (no issues). - Daily Range in Currency Value no longer shows any major Floating Point issues, however minor rounding errors are still occurring. To derive the correct Daily Range in Currency Value use the existing data as follows: Take the Daily Range in Ticks and multiply it by the Currency Value per Tick.
Should work without rounding errors. Hope this helps. |

See attached pic of QuoteBoard for examples of some minor rounding errors as annotated: Symbol -> Range in Ticks x Currency Value in Ticks = Range in Currency Value
RTYH1 -> 401 x 5.00 = 2004.99 instead of 2005.00 6BH1 -> 57 X 6.25 = 356.26 instead of 356.25 FGBLH1 -> 46 x 10.00 = 460.01 instead of 460.00 FGBXH1 -> 80 x 20.00 = 1599.99 instead of 1600.00 |

Just installed the updated build 36243 of prerelease v2231. With one noted exception (CBOT Notes and Bonds futures), the rounding errors have been fixed. Thank you. While the true value of the Currency Value Per Tick field is stored in the Global Symbol Settings, the displayed value on the Quoteboard (which is rounded there) is apparently used for the calculations for the CBOT treasuries, causing the discrepancy. Would it be possible to address this in order to finally resolve this issue and close the ticket? Thanks again for your continued support. |
