I really like the new replay features. There are some problems:

My replay layout includes two charts with two different time scale, with a time and sales window open. I use the data provider Sierra Chart sells and I only replay US equities.

Settings: "All Charts", "standard Replay", Use Stat Date/Time, with a specific date

1. Selected Jump Method: "By Number of Trades" = 10
If I start the replay by pressing "Play" And then click on the forward button, it will skip all the way to end of day's data.
I expected the replay to skip forward by 10 trades (both on time and sales and charts)

2. Selected Jump Method: "To Next Bar"
This feature works. However it works in a very weird way. After I press play, If I click on the forward button, both charts would advance by a bar, because they are of different time frame, it doesnt achieve what I was expecting.

I thought the replay feature would replay the data as a whole inside the application, and the charts associated with my worksheet simply provides a view of the market data at that particular point in time(with different time frame). If I forward to Next bar, I expect the "Next bar" to be in the time scale of the chart I highlighted previously. I usually want to "forward" on the lower timeframe chart, and at the same time I want the higher time to present me with the same view as well.

1. This will be solved in the next release.

2. This is just how it works and we cannot spend further time on this.

Regarding #2. Do you have any suggestion on how to work around the problem?

This is what I want to do when I do replay:

10 sec/bar chart + time & sales as a "main replay view". (I'm a tape reader). At the same time I want to occasionally able to glance at higher timeframe(5min/bar) to see where the market was at that particular point in a time.

During live trading day, is it possible to replay data on one chart while other charts still receive live data?

Just do not use that jump method. Youu can only use the jump method by time. This is the only possibility.
