Can you tell me what happens if new session opens with a gap and i have an open position with active attached orders?
Price opens above/below stop or limit?

You should be able to answer this yourself. Based on the order type, order price, and side (buy/sell) potentially the orders can fill.

As I understand it, server side orders are cancelled when the market closes so server side stops would not trigger when the market re-opens. If your stops are held locally on your computer at market open your stop orders will trigger on the gap and you will market out of the position. IMHO its best not to hold overnight unless you are way up on a trade or have deep pockets and can handle the inevitable margin call.

Can somebody correct me please?

This is not the case if they have a Time in Force of Good till canceled.

Not necessarily. It depends upon the price of the order and the price of the market.
