Disconnects in SC with a Rithmic feed.

I have displayed below a copy of the message log showing the time that I received a disconnect today. I am using a Rithmic feed. Rithmic is checking into it and asked if you could send me a copy of the RAPI file. Don't ask me what that is. I have made a copy of the message log below during the relevant time of the disconnect.

Please let me know what you think is causing me to get a disconnect daily for a few seconds. It has happened nearly every day and it will only happen once or at the most twice per day. The times of day seem to be intermittent. Also, one day there may be a disconnect on one computer and then the next day it may be on the same computer or on my second computer.

This is due to an Internet connectivity issue which can be anywhere. Also the long time to reconnect to Rithmic has to do with the Rithmic API. You will not have this problem with any other Trading service other than TransAct.
