Indicators and the studies

Hi Support, I've been looking around the indicators and the studies but I'm having a difficult time locating 3 indicators: 1) Cumulative delta 2) Volume profile - that I can choose the starting and ending bar, and the option of letting the profile develop (not MP, TPO's) 3) dValueArea - developing Value Area I attached a screen of NinjaTrader to try to show you what I'm after.
