Date Range in file for intraday chart is showing 2007-12-03 and can't be changed manually

This is only on GBPUSD symbol. I have tried delete and download data. I have updated to current version. The dates that load start at 2013-07-29 and then gap at 2014-11-06 to today 2017-05-29.

After this, set the Days to Load in Chart >> Chart Settings to what you require:

I followed the steps at these links and the Date range in file from still wont change and the gap is still there.

What is Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Maximum Historical Intraday Days to Download set to? There are two settings. Tell us both of them.

non-tick and 1-tick are both set to 4500.

Go to the GBPUSD chart and select Edit >> Delete All Data and Download from the menu at the top .

Even if you have done this before do this again and select this exact command and do not do this differently.

That still did not change the from date and the gap is still there.

Scroll the chart where you see the gap and then provide an image of the chart or Trade DOM, by following these instructions:

This is simply resolved by re-downloading all of the data for the symbol as previously explained. We could do that for you using remote assistance. It is a very simple procedure, just one command.

As an alternative, just follow the instructions here to delete the entire data file:
