Hello, I need to use your Market Profile / TPO feature. Right now I am in trial mode. I am trying to understand exactly what I will need to get set up and how much it will cost eventually. Currently I am interested only in the E-Mini S&P Futures. - I understand that I will need Sierra Chart with Advanced Features (Service Package 5) - I also understand that I will need a data feed, like the following: For 10 Real-Time Symbols: 1st connection 25 USD/month. 2nd connection 20 USD/month. 3rd connection 20 USD/month. - I believe I will also need to pay for the Exchange fees. For example: CME with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts: Price 5.25 USD/month. Can only be used by Sierra Chart users with a trading account with one of the supported futures Trading Services. Symbols: CME, GBLX Now is there anything else I need to pay for? Do I understand correctly that the Sierra Chart Data Feed (for 10 Real time Symbols) does NOT include Real Time Futures data? How do i get that and what are my payment options? I have a TD Ameritrade account but you have mentioned on your site: The TD Ameritrade service does not provide real-time futures data. In which case I must look for Data feed options as if I did not have a brokerage account. I guess essentially what I am asking is - does the 'Sierra Chart Data Feed (for 10 Real Time Symbols)' include the real time data on E-Mini S&P futures (ES). If not, then what are my options? I hope I am making sense here. I would appreciate it very much if you could get back to me on this. Thanks! |

This is correct provided that your TD Ameritrade account is Live with a balance of at least 500 USD: Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed: Integration with Trading Services If your TD Ameritrade account is not live or does not have a balance of 500 USD or more, then you would need to use the more expensive CME exchange fees. Is Historical and Real-time Futures Data Included?: How Much Does Futures Data Cost? 2. Do I understand correctly that the Sierra Chart Data Feed (for 10 Real time Symbols) does NOT include Real Time Futures data?

Thank you for the quick reply! Just one clarification. I do have a funded TD Ameritrade Account, however, on your website you mention: "The TD Ameritrade service does not provide real-time futures data" So, if I am looking for real-time futures data, do I need to go with the CME $42 option instead? Thanks! |

You are not able to get Futures data using your TD Ameritrade Account. But with the Sierra Chart Real-Time and Historical Exchange Data Feed, provided that your TD Ameritrade Account has a Balance of at least 500 USD, you will be able to use the lower cost CME Exchange Options: Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed: Integration with Trading Services Such as: Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts: Price 15.75 USD/month. Can only be used by Sierra Chart users with a trading account with one of the supported futures
And Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for nonprofessional Trading accounts: Price 3.25 USD/month. Can only be used by Sierra Chart users with a trading account with one of the supported futures Trading Services. Sierra Chart Support |
