If you want a fast update you can use about 150 milliseconds. However, make sure you only set this on the Trading DOM itself. Refer to:
Chart Settings: Chart Update Interval in Milliseconds (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Display >> Chart Update Interval menu)

I have a way lower spec machine than yours and I have it set to 100ms for my 1-tick market depth historical chart and my DOM, replicated across 3 markets - Bund, Dax, Stoxx. I have previously had it set to 10ms, also without issue. Just FYI.
