This is just not true. Be very specific about what you mean rather than making a generally untrue statement like this. And if there is some little change that causes one problem out of thousands of features, and we correct it in a matter of hours, this is insignificant. This is inevitable with a very wide array of functionality that we offer and the numerous ways in which it is used. Our development process is very good. We are not always perfect, but overall very good and are very prompt to take care of any issues. The overall architecture and core of Sierra Chart is very well-designed and stable. We have a lot of experience with computer software and Sierra Chart is one of the best programs in the world. It is not perfect and there is certainly a lot more room for improvement and more functionality to be added, but it is high quality software. There is a huge difference between boatloads of unresolved serious problems and ongoing poor designs in Windows and Microsoft products, and with Microsoft practices, as compared to some small issue in an area that was changed/improved upon out of thousands areas of functionality of the software which gets resolved within a day by Sierra Chart. One thing people do not realize about Microsoft products is just how poorly designed and exceptionally user unfriendly they are. When you run into a problem with them and you have to do updates and re-installations, resets, and complex changes in the registry and this and that is all due to the very disorganized and complex design of their products to begin with. Sierra Chart has drastically more orderly and stable architecture. This is why, we only use the most basic functionality in the operating system. For example, all of the windows in Sierra Chart, are drawn by Sierra Chart code. For example,, the Trade Activity Log, and Message Log windows, are all drawn by Sierra Chart and do not use any operating system controls like list boxes which are very inefficient and buggy. What Sierra Chart uses are nothing more than just plain windows. The use of controls is quite limited to just tab controls and edit controls and basic dialog controls.
