Hi, I'm not able to get historical tick data (only for current day), history is in 1s resolution regardless of settings in data service settings window.

I'm customer of Optimusfutures and referring to "Specific availability" listed in https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/Rithmic.php, so I can backtest on ticks:

Historical Intraday Data: Yes. Specific availability: Historical tick by tick data provided for Optimus Futures customers regardless of service package. For service package 3 users, 1 Second historical Intraday data is provided. For service package 5 users, tick by tick historical Intraday data is provided.

Also thanks for great piece of software, hard to find such in these fancy times.

That is old documentation and we have now updated it. You need to be on service package 5 to get historical tick by tick data when using Rithmic.

To change your Sierra Chart service package, select "Help >> Account Control Panel" on the Sierra Chart program menu. On the displayed webpage, click on "Change Service Package".

The remaining service usage time on your account will be adjusted based upon the cost of the package you are changing to. If the new package is a higher-priced package, then the usage time will be reduced due to the higher price.

There is no charge for changing your Sierra Chart service package. Only your Sierra Chart account usage time ending date is adjusted.
