Something is wrong with data

When starting SC WAITING FOR DOWNLOAD HISTORICAL DATA is up for long long time and when done missing a lot of data, it takes minutes to load, updated to pre-release but no change. Anybody else has the problem, please confirm.
UPDATE: The depth of market works ok but it is not drawing any chart and is still WAITING TO DOWNLOAD UP...across all markets
UPDATE2: Just confirmed same problem with different machine and different connection.
