GAIN 6C Missing Data

After restoring the connection to Gain, I am still missing data on 6C from open until 19:10 ET. I deleted and downloaded the data and even closed SC and deleted the scid data files. The data is still missing. All other data restored itself by performing delete and download once or twice.
