This is the reason for the problem:

CTS FIX: Received a Logout message. Text = Your username and application have logged in another instance (either on the same machine or a different machine) and this api instance has been disconnected | 2017-05-05 10:21:20

You can only have one connection to CTS at a time from your Sierra Chart installations.

If you want to use more, you must use the new connection model supported:
