My "real time quotes" aren't updating in the chart. Are you guys going to answer this one?

Why do you say this? We answer all questions which are within the scope of our support and this is. You also sent 3 Support Tickets about this as well. Those have all been responded to. So this is a total of 4 all within a 10 minute time span. With so many requests, it creates confusion for us and for you.

My comment was related to the tickets being locked. I have had the same problem every day. I will keep asking the questions until I get them resolved. These are all real problems.

I have 15 symbols loaded in my chart. I closed the "quoteboard" I don't know what the quoteboard does except provide real time quotes, as I don't see a way to click on a symbol and pull it up in a chart. Disconnecting and reconnecting seems to eventually get the data to restart. I spend a lot of time every morning trying to get this running.

The Account Support Tickets which were locked were questions that needed to be posted on the Support Board and were given a standard response telling you to post them here. We will not answer those there.

You went over the symbol limit. That is the problem. Do you want us to increase the symbol limit to 200? That's an additional USD10 a month. If you do not increase the limit and you continue to go over the symbol limit, you will run into the same problem every day.

If you do not need the symbols on a quote board, then just use the Associated Watch List:
