Open a new chart. Just a normal chart. Enable Trade >> Show Market Data Columns. Set the columns to display the Bid/Ask market depth and the pulling/stacking column. For the instructions, refer to: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/GlobalTradeSettings.html#CustomizeChartTradeDOMColumns Let us know if you see the pulling and stacking column data. We really would have to use a remote assistance session to understand this. However, we want to make some changes to this market data column first. That will be done today. We do see one problem with the changes in 1556. And we have a couple other things we want to look at and work on. We are doing this now. Also every time you post a screenshot, it is hard for us to understand it because we do not know what columns are for pulling and stacking data. You should add the column titles. Install prerelease 1557. If you still have a problem, then is it a case where the market depth pulling and stacking data never appears or just one level appears? Or is it a case where it appears but sometimes fully clears unexpectedly? Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users.
