Does sierra chart have a sim only data option where I can see the current data but can't place live trades?

There is the Trade Simulation Mode: Trade Simulation But this is completely separate from market data. It is not related to market data. Ok so I could get a standard data package if I just wanted to see data for CL? And that would be $35 a month?
