Hi - I just signed up for the new low cost CTS Fix gateway. I have had a CTS T4 demo account in the past so when I went to request another one the message said I needed to contact support for this. Thanks

You do not need these. The CTS accounts assigned to your Sierra Chart account are designed to work with the new connection model documented here:

Ok I have a few clarifying questions as I'm finding these steps confusing but have followed the instructions as best I can.

1) I am able to connect to both CTS Trading Dorman - DTC and CTS Trading Demo - DTC but as the market is closed I don't know whether I am getting live data yet or actually connecting to the gateway correctly (assume so).

2) If I want to simulate a trade can I connect to CTS Trading Dorman - DTC but then have the Trading Simulation mode ON and that will simulate trades?

3) Under Global Settings --> Data/Trade Service Settings ---> CTS Trading Dorman - DTC do I need to "Enable FIX logging"?

4) Do I need to change the symbols for the charts OR as I was already using Sierra Chart feed before activating the Low Cost connection model they should all still be the same?

1. You will receive real-time data from the CME.

Also the only CME exchange fee that you require at this time is the Full CME Group fee. The other two can be canceled. That will save you a lot of money.

2. Yes.

3. No, it does not apply.

4. The symbols of the charts need to match the CTS symbols listed in File >> Find Symbol. If you need to change the symbols, the documentation is here:
