We made sure the data is identical on both of our servers and there is no data loss. Re-download the data.

I deleted and updated from two weeks ago onward. Now there is a two week gap in my data. Please fix and yesterdays low is still incorrect.

Now there is a two week gap in my data.
What is Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Service set to?

If it is Gain Capital, then you are using the wrong symbol in the chart. It needs to be ESM7. With a single-digit year.

Please fix and yesterdays low is still incorrect.
There is no problem with the data. This is for certain.

Actually we can tell you are using the wrong symbol. That chart is not receiving the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed data.

Refer to our prior post.

Hello,

I am not using "Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed data" I am using SC Historical data so I can use minute data. I look at all my long term charts in minute data. My tick data is in a separate SC. I have the time period set to RTH.

So I have my data settings srt to "SC Data - All Services". SC version 1255.

Please let me know when I can refresh my data.

Thx,
WT

You should not be having a problem unless it has something to do with the old version 1225. That could be it.

There is no problem with the historical data on the server.

Install the current version of Sierra Chart on your system into another folder and test with that. You should not have any difficulty.

We want you to follow through the instructions here:
Historical Intraday Data (Missing Data / Download Errors / Viewing More Data): Retrying the Download When There is Data in the Chart

Follow the step for updating the Symbol Settings except we want you to perform a "Full Reset" instead.

OK,

Just updated to the current version. But have same results. Deleted and uploaded data from 4-12-17. Have a two week gap in data just like before.

Why would I do a "Full Reset" when I am getting data. I am getting data form yesterday and today with a two week gap. Do you still want me to do a "Full Reset?"

Thx,
WT

Ok,

The data is now correct after the reset but I can no longer set in intraday start times. I appears the overnight activity is excluded which is what I want but there are no start or end times in the chart settings. How do I know what times are being used?

Thx,
WT

There still is a backup of the previous Global Symbol Settings file which contains any modifications you have done to Session Times in the Global Symbol Settings.

You can always restore that file but it must be done when Sierra Chart is not running. At least we know there was a problem with Symbol Settings.

If you just want to set the Intraday Session Times for a few symbols, you could just set those again.

Otherwise, copy them from the backup XML file to the current GlobalSymbolSettings.XML file. Refer to:
Global Symbol Settings: Direct Editing of Global Symbol Settings through Underlying File
