Hi SC, Please check your historical data from the crypto currency exchange Poloniex specifically the BTC_ETH contract. I've used the right click on the chart "Delet and Download" but seems to be missing a lot of data. Thanks JS |

This could be. The gateway that Sierra Chart receives the data from is not developed by us and occasionally has problems. Properly patching the missing data is not very easy. Hi SC Thank you for addressing this issue. There is a discrepancy between the Daily and Hourly data on Poloniex for USDT_ETH Hourly http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1493989916303.png Daily http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1493990006991.png Note the low on the Daily for today but this data does not show up on the hourly. The Daily data at each chart bar is based on the time period from 0:00:00 to 23:59:59 UTC time. The very last bar also contains the current quote data. Refer to: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/helpdetails12.html#h12.4 So the correct one will always be the Intraday chart.
