Hi, I'm on the combine with topsteptrader and am using your platform. I had a problem today, I submitted two buy orders and it usually says 2@(whatever price), when ticked in, but here it disappeared and said flat, then I tried again and it said flat again.

Next thing I know after logging out and back in, it said I'm in with four contracts. then when I tried getting out with four sell orders it didn't tick me out, I had to call topsteptrader and get them to manually flatten my position losing $130 in my account.

She said CTS looks fine on her end and to contact you regarding this issue, the internet was working fine as I could still see the bids and offers hitting the market and the charts were alive and well, it's just my orders weren't showing up on my dom, they clearly got executed, but it told me flat anyway.

Could you please explain this issue as it has cost me money in the combine and almost had me break a rule, which would get me kicked out. I need reliability, one time is all it takes.
