CTS attached orders not sent

Hi ,

I had this happen a few times, after placing a pending order
once filled i get these error messages and the attached orders are not sent

What could be the issue ?

TTrade Order Error - CTS order update (Rejected). Info: CME:Price must be greater than zero 'Order for id: ESU3 has non-positive price 0.0'. Internal Order ID: 3888. Symbol: ES.CME_20130900_ESU3.CME_Eq | 2013-08-21 10:58:05

Go to Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings. Enable Enable FIX Logging.

If you already have this enabled, then send the latest log file which is going to be in the Logs subfolder in the folder where Sierra Chart is installed on your system, to support _ AT _Sierra Chart.com. We will then highlight the issue and send over to CTS.

Could you also go to Trade >> Trade Activity Log and locate the sending of orders with internal IDs 3888, 3887 and verify that Price1 is set correctly for each one.
