Just received notice from OEC that they are having issues with data feed. OEC 24-Hour support isn't 24-hours obviously - it took 2 hours 55 minutes for them to acknowledge there was an issue. :( I guess they don't "report for duty" until 09:00 ET. FYI, about 10 min delayed data here at : http://www.cmegroup.com/trading/energy/crude-oil/light-sweet-crude.html ...better than nothing, but not much better ;) Date Time Of Last Edit: 2017-04-26 13:11:52

It appears that realtime data began updating at approximately 11:00 EDT. The historical data between 06:10 EDT and 11:00 EDT is missing.

Hello, I am still missing data for the HO (Heating Oil) contract. I have tried to "delete and download" data and even closed SC and deleted all the intraday .scid files. It's still missing after downloading all data from the server again. Thanks |

This is now resolved for heating oil. Follow the instructions here to update the Symbol Settings: Global Symbol Settings: Update Symbol Settings After that, go to the chart and select Edit >> Delete All Data and Download.
