I had a Windows 7 on my old computer, and the Title Bar and Minimize, Maximize, Remove Buttons are the same type in the Main Window and Chart Windows (it's okey). See pic SC-W7. I purchused a new computer with Windows 8.1, and the Title Bar and Minimize, Maximize, Remove Buttons are not the same type in the Main Window and Chart Windows. See pic SC-W8.1. Also cann't be customized the Title Bar of the Chart Windows from a level of operating system. Detached charts have the same type of Title Bar and Minimize, Maximize, Remove Buttons like Main Window (it's okey). See SC-W8.1 detached. Is possible to fix this issues?
