Sierra charts not connecting to my broker data feed. S5/Gain

Good day,
I use my broker feed for Sierra. I am a S5/Gain client.
I have not been able to connect to the server since the weekend and keep getting disconnected.

fixed prolbem, call gain capital and tell them the problem. they just need to "enable sierrachart" on your account. for some reason it was turned off
