Charts stop moving at 23:59

This has been happening to me multiple times over the past few months. I will have multiple charts open in one chartbook and a few of them freeze and stop moving. Every time they stop moving it is when the day rolls over. My charts start the day at 00:00:00. I have tried delete and download data, disconnecting and reconnecting from the data feed, and even restarted the computer. I can't seem to do anything that will get these charts to start moving again. Any ideas?
