Gain Capital has said your username is RegTradUSACorp. Set that Username in Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings.

Try connecting again with File >> Connect to Data Feed.

We do not know whether there is a problem or not with the password. What we were referring to is the Username.

Is the username now entered correctly in Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings?
