My Sierra Chart regularly goes into "Not Responding" mode for 5-15 seconds. Twice in the last 30 minutes, but always multiple times during the trading day. What might be the cause of this?

You need to go through each item one by one. In general, the priority items to work on will be increasing the Chart Update Interval and reducing the number of charts open.
