My Stop and Target orders sometimes just disappear

I noticed that occasionally, my target and stop orders just seem to disappear although I am certain I added them on the dom. This is extremely concerning to me as I fear this may happen when I am not at the charts and cause me a huge loss one day. Please help me understand why this happens? |

Follow through the instructions here: Trade Activity Log Analysis: Support Assisted Trade Activity Log Analysis We just need to focus in on one of the orders.. Either the Target or Stop. I have added a stop now, so not sure if this is what you're asking for. I have added my trade activity log to this message. I traded EU6M and the date was this morning (Sydney Time). |

I believe it is 2017-4-19 at 6:37:18 That's when the order was opened. |

I just noticed this on another order on Aussie Futures that I entered earlier today. Now both stop and target orders have disappeared. See screenshot below. |

OK the problem is what we were suspecting.
