Missing study data

I am using Cumulative Delta Ticks and Bid Ask Volume Ratio. I am using IB feed. If I disconnect from the feed, and reconnect, SC pulls in price data an data for other studies I use. But it does not update these 2 studies for the time that I was disconnected. Is this an IB issue that can't be addressed in SC or is it a settings issue in my chart. I have reviewed the documentation and tried changing my settings but have had no success. If I do the same using SC realtime intraday historical data the studies backfill correctly, so I know that SC has the ability to do this. Thanks

Interactive Brokers does not provide the necessary historical data for these studies. If you are using these studies on CME futures chart, then in about one to two months we expect to have a new data feed available for an additional $35 a month which will have the necessary historical data for these studies. Will the futures data package from Bar Chart supply the necessary real time and historical data I can't get from IB? 30 days of historical tick is fine. Thanks
