Pitchfork’s “Enable AB Connecting Line”

I’m having difficulty with Pitchfork’s “Enable AB Connecting Line” and “Enable AC Connecting Line”. I can’t get it to draw the line between anchor point A and B or C), plus sometimes it causes Sierra Charts to crash. On a side note, please is it possible to force the “Pitchfork Properties” (and other dialogue boxes) to remember its last position on the screen instead of always opening in the middle of the screen and obscuring view when making multiple adjustments? Thank you |

Update to the current version of Sierra Chart through Help >> Download Current Version. We think the problem causing the abnormal shutdown is resolved but we do still see some abnormal behavior and we will get that resolved today. We still do see a problem in the current version with an abnormal shutdown which can occur when modifying the level related properties for the Pitchfork drawing.

In the next release the problem with modifying level related properties for Pitchfork Drawings will be resolved. That should be out later today.
