Consistent gaps

Consistent gaps in most recent chart data in all products. I have dloaded the pre-release. When I refresh, delete and dload all data, and restart... the most recent bar sometimes shows up and sometimes it doesn't. For example I'm having trouble getting the 9am bar in 6E and 6A, but not 6B, NQ, ZN etc. Is there something I can do?

We see you are using Gain Capital. Apparently there has been a problem with that data feed today. We will make sure the historical data is not missing any data. Just give us about 30 minutes. It's still not fully functional. I've tried the same steps again and even the ES contract is showing gaps on today's data. I already dloaded the pre-release just now as well.
