ES mini chart does not update

After the initial value, the ESU3 chart does not update. I have several charts running and there seems to be no problem w/ them I have reported this problem in the past and the response was that OEC had a low limit on my acct. I am connected to OEC and they have increased my limit to almost 100 charts. This seems to be a problem at Sierra. Your help will be appreciated.. |

They would need to increase the number of symbols you can receive tick by tick data on from 5 to a higher number. I solved it partially by deleting some of the studies and now it is working. But I think, you still need to look into it.
